About me:

The Arena is not the typical corporate fitness gym you might be used to. Instead, we're a MMA training center that offers real striking and grappling classes taught by great instructors. We work with students who are looking for the best MMA training in San Diego and who want to train like fighters do, even if they never plan to compete.

All of our classes are fun and a great way to get in shape. If you are tired of the same old fitness routine, we are definitely the gym for you.

We also work with professional fighters who want to train with a great team whose members fight in the UFC, WEC, Affliction, Strikeforce, Sengoku, etc.

We're looking for additional fighters to train with our Pro Team, especially outstanding wrestlers. So if you have solid credentials, get in touch or stop by during Pro Team training M-F from 2 to 4 pm.

Who I'd like to meet:

Anyone interested in MMA, including Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Submission Grappling and Wrestling. Come by the gym sometime and check us out. Some of our instructors include:
